 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (~2)
 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
 ½ cup almond milk
 2 cups rolled oats
 ¼ cup ground flaxseed
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp salt
 8 dates, pitted, chopped
 ½ cup walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 375F

Combine bananas, applesauce and almond milk in large mixing bowl

Add all other ingredients and stir well enough to incorporate

Pour into prepared deep baking sheet

Bake until toothpick comes out clean (~30 minutes)

Cut into bars and let cool ~10 minutes
