 2 heads broccoli, separated into florets
 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 1 clove garlic, minced
 ½ lemon, juiced

1. Preheat over to 400F.
2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Spread broccoli out in even layer on baking sheet.
3. Bake until florets are tender enough to pierce stems with fork (15-20mins). Remove and transfer to serving platter.
4. Squeeze lemon over broccoli before serving.
