What is lifestyle counseling?
Lifestyle counseling is one of the most important aspects of Naturopathic Medicine. This is where real change happens and we focus on all of the aspects that contribute to your health. It looks at the mental, emotional and psychological components of your health habits and from there I work to empower and educate you to make changes. I provide accountability to keep you on track and find what motivates you continue to make positive changes for yourself and those around you. Lifestyle counseling is a part of almost everyone’s treatment plan in one way or another because change doesn’t come easy for anyone!
