Avocado & Pomegranate Tostada (1 serving)

 1 corn tortilla (toasted)
 ½ avocado (medium, sliced)
 ¼ lime (medium, juiced)
 ¼ tsp sea salt
 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the tortilla on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
  3. Top the toasted tortilla with avocado slices.
  4. Add lime juice, salt, and pomegranate seeds.
