⅓ cup dairy-free yogurt, plain
⅓ cup red beet, grated
½ lemon, juiced
3 tbsp pomegranate juice
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp honey

1. Combine tahini, kefir, beet, lemon juice, pomegranate, cumin, honey and salt in medium bowl until well combined.
2. Whisk until smooth.
