Lime Coconut Kefir Popsicles (6 servings)

Refreshing homemade lime and coconut popsicles on a wooden tray for healthy summer treats, made with natural ingredients and perfect for boosting immunity and hydration, ideal for Naturopathic Doctor Whitby.
 1 ¼ cups plain coconut kefir
 ½ lime (juiced, zested)
 2 tbsp maple syrup

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for five to six hours or until completely frozen. Enjoy!

Leftovers
Keep frozen popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.

Serving Size
One serving is one popsicle.

No Coconut Kefir
Use canned coconut milk instead.

No Maple Syrup
Use sweetener of choice instead.
