Spicy Watermelon & Cilantro Salad (4 servings)

spicy watermelon cilantro salad
 ½ seedless watermelon (medium, cubed)
 1 jalapeño pepper (thinly sliced)
 ½ cup feta cheese (cubed)
 ½ cup cilantro (chopped)
 1 lime (juiced, zested)
 sea salt & black pepper (to taste)

1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Toss, serve, and enjoy!

Leftovers
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

Serving Size
One serving is equal to approximately 1 1/4 cups.

Make it Vegan
Use dairy-free cheese instead.
