 ½ seedless watermelon (medium, cubed)
 1 jalapeño pepper (thinly sliced)
 ½ cup feta cheese (cubed)
 ½ cup cilantro (chopped)
 1 lime (juiced, zested)
 sea salt & black pepper (to taste)
