Frozen Fruit Kabobs (6 servings)

Colorful frozen fruit skewers with strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, and pineapple perfect for healthy summer snacks.
 ¼ seedless watermelon (medium, cubed)
 2 cups strawberries (halved)
 2 cups grapes
 3 peaches (pit removed, chopped)
 12 barbecue skewers

1. Add the fruit pieces to the skewers and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze
for at least three hours. Enjoy!

Leftovers
Keep frozen for up to one month.

Serving Size
One serving is equal to two 10-inch (25 cm) skewers.

Additional Toppings
Use other fruits like pineapple, mango, or berries.
