No Bake Apple, Oat & Almond Butter Bars (8 servings)

No Bake Apple, Oat & Almond Butter Bars
 ½ cup almond butter (runny)
 ¼ cup maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 ½ cups oats (rolled)
 4 oz apple chips (soft, chopped)
 ¼ cup hemp seeds
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp cinnamon
  tsp sea salt
 1 cup pitted dates (soaked)

  1. In a bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla, and stir until smooth.
  2. Add the oats, apple chips, hemp seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a food processor, blend the dates until they form into a soft and smooth ball.
  4. Add to the oat mixture and mix to combine well.
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Add the bar mixture to the baking dish and spread it out into an even layer. Firmly press the mix down to flatten.
  6. Refrigerate for two to three hours or until set. Cut evenly into bars and enjoy!

Leftovers

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week. Freeze for up to three months.

 

Serving Size

An 8 x 8 inch (20 cm x 20 cm) pan was used to make eight servings. One serving is one bar.

 

No Almond Butter

Use peanut or cashew butter instead.
