
12 oz salmon fillet (with skin on)
2 tsp steak spice seasoning
2 cups green beans (trimmed)
1 golden beet (large, peeled, thinly sliced)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- Preheat the oven to 325ºF (165ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon on the baking sheet with the skin side down. Sprinkle the steak spice evenly over the top.
- Add the green beans and beets to the baking sheet. Rub with the oil.
- Cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the vegetables are tender. Enjoy!
