
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 cups tuna (drained, flaked)
1 cup frozen edamame (thawed)
½ cucumber (diced)
1 head endive (julienned)
4 cups kale leaves (chopped)
½ cup alfalfa sprouts
¼ cup slivered almonds

1. Combine balsamic vinegar, mustard, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper together in a jar.
Mix well and set aside.
2. Combine remaining ingredients together in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with desired amount of dressing and toss well. Divide into bowls and enjoy!
