2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss the pears and beets with the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and salt, until well coated. Transfer to the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until fork tender. Enjoy!
