Every single illness, disease and condition can be impacted by what you eat on a daily basis and without proper nutrition, your body will have a hard time achieving its optimal level of functioning.

Eating well can be easier said than done though! There is a ton of conflicting and misleading information available and it can be tough to sift through all the resources available and make informed decisions about your health. That’s where I come in! I’ve compiled the latest research from the most reliable sources so you can make the choice that’s best for you as an individual.

Elimination Diet

The elimination diet is a short-term look into your health. The purpose is to identify and remove possible food intolerances that might be causing or contributing to your symptoms.

The Ketogenic Diet is a diet low in carbohydrates, high in fats and moderate in proteins.

The Paleo Diet is also known as the caveman diet, the hunter-gatherer diet or paleolithic diet.
