
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tsp dry mustard
½ cup avocado oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp dried parsley
¼ tsp dried dill
salt and pepper to taste

Place vinegar, water and mustard in a capped jar or sealable container and shake well

Add oil, garlic, parsley, dill, salt and pepper and shake well again

Store chilled but allow dressing to re-liquify 5-10 minutes before using as it will solidify while refrigerated
