1 cup mashed ripe bananas (~2)
2 cups rolled oats
3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp salt
½ cup blueberries

Preheat oven to 350F

Mix bananas, oats, flaxseeds, cinnamon and salt in bowl

Scoop dough onto baking sheet and press centre of cookie to make well

Heat blueberries in saucepan and stir until liquid and boiling

Fill each well with blueberries

Bake 11-13 minutes until firm

Cool on cooling rack ~10 minutes
