
¼ cup cacao powder (for rolling)
1 tbsp ghee
⅔ cup coconut cream
2 tbsp coconut sugar
⅔ cup dark chocolate chips

1. Add the cacao powder to a plate and set it aside.
2. Add the ghee to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Once it melts, add the coconut cream and coconut sugar. Stir to combine.
3. Reduce the heat and add the chocolate chips. Continuously stir until smooth and the chocolate has melted.
4. Transfer to a heatproof shallow bowl and let it cool for ten to fifteen minutes at room temperature. Then move to the fridge to cool for an hour to an hour and a half.
5. Use a spoon to make approximately one-inch sized balls. Roll the balls in your hands to make them smooth, then roll them into the cacao powder and place them on a plate. Serve right away or refrigerate. Enjoy!
