 4 cups almond milk
 3 bananas, chopped
 2 tbsp almond butter
 3 scoops protein powder (pea, hemp or rice)
 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Add all ingredients to blender or food processer

Blend until ingredients are well incorporated as a liquid

Store in fridge until needed, up to 5 days.
