Chocolate Chip Oat Bites (8 servings)

Oatmeal chocolate energy bites on a white plate, healthy and nutritious snack option, perfect for quick energy boost, gluten-free and dairy-free, ideal for health-conscious individuals.
 1 cup pitted dates
 1 cup rolled oats
 ¼ cup sliced almonds
 3 tbsp cashew butter
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 ¼ tsp sea salt
 ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

1. In a food processor, add the dates and oats. Blend until there are small crumbly pieces.
2. Add the almonds, cashew butter, maple syrup, and sea salt. Blend again.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips. Form the dough into one inch balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up. Enjoy!
