overnight oats

 1 cup rolled oats
 ½ cup coconut milk
 ½ cup almond milk
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 pinch of salt
 shredded coconut

Combine oats, coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extra, honey and salt in a bowl and stir to combine

Transfer to 2 mason jars (or other containers) and refrigerate overnight

Top with coconut in morning
