Lemon Dill Salmon (4 servings)

 4 salmon filets
 ¼ cup olive oil
 6 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tbsp dried dill
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F (175C)

Lightly grease and place salmon in baking dish

Mix olive oil and lemon juice and drizzle over salmon

Season with dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper

Bake 25 minutes or until salmon is easily flaked with fork
