1 cup rice flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup brown rice syrup
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
4 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup apples, chopped

Preheat oven to 350F

Combine almond flour, rice flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in large bowl

Combine water and flaxseed in small bowl

Combine applesauce, olive oil, brown rice syrup, almond butter and vanilla extract in bowl and add flaxseed mixture

Mix wet ingredients into dry

Add apples and combine

Pour into greased pan

Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Cool in pan before removing a cooling on wire rack
