 1 cup almond flour
 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
 2 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp nutmeg
 ¼ tsp salt
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tsp vanilla
 ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
 1 cup coconut milk

Combine almond flour, flaxseed, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in mixing bowl

In separate bowl, combine honey, vanilla, applesauce, coconut milk

Add half the liquid to the dry ingredients and stir continuously. Continue adding half the liquid to the dry ingredients until wet and dry ingredients are combined and the batter is without lumps

Add batter to heated, greased frying pan

Cook until pancakes start to bubble around the edges and flip. Continue cooking until golden brown and remove from pan.
