
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup brown rice syrup
2 tbsp almond butter
3 tsp vanilla extract
6 cups brown rice cereal
½ cup sunflower seeds, unsalted, roasted
½ cup dates

Heat oil in large pot

Add rice syrup and almond butter and stir until bubbly

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla

Add rice cereal, sunflower seeds and dates and mix well with wooden spoon

Press into ungreased pan and press flat

Refrigerate 20 minutes until set

Cut into squares and store sealed
