
12 oz package of rice noodles
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
pinch of salt
3 tbsp grated fresh ginger root
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 large orange, zested
1 large orange, juiced

Cook noodles in salted water

Add garlic, coconut oil and olive oil to large saucepan. Saute over medium heat to soften garlic.

Add salt, pepper, ginger, orange juice and orange zest. Bring to simmer.

Add bell pepper and toss together to warm peppers through

Add noodles immediately after draining while still hot and coat evenly
