
1 avocado, medium
1 cup black beans (drained, rinsed)
1 lime (juiced)
½ tsp sea salt
1 ½ tbsp cilantro (chopped)
1 jalapeño pepper (seeds removed, finely diced)
¼ cup red onion (finely diced)

1. Add the avocado, black beans, lime juice, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Add in the cilantro, jalapeño, and red onion. Mix well and enjoy!
